
Ever since I was a little girl I have enjoyed routines.
I have a very TYPE A personality which is prob why I majored in Accounting...
I enjoy schedules, itinerary's, planning and preciseness..
I like when A+B=C
I think that is why I was so happy with the MY FIT FOODS challenge. My meals were planned every day and there was no questions about portions etc.
Weight Watchers stresses me out...how do I know all the ingredients I ate today to count my points! What if I don't count all the points correctly...none of this!
You eat the meals they give you and work out and you loose weight...
and that I did!
I lost 5 pounds ..yayayay!
I feel good, I look good and have lowered my sugar & caffeine intake dramatically!
I enjoy many more different types of food than I did before (onions,peepers,tenderloin)
Needless to say....I HEART MY FIT FOODS!
Today is my last day (engagement pictures tomorrow)
I will take maybe 2 months off and do it all over again and repeat that cycle until the big day (wedding)
Routine...I am going to miss you!
